Motorola Moto E6s to launch on September 16, will offer 4GB RAM and 64GB storage under Rs 8,000

   HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Motorola Moto E6s is launching in India on September 16.
  • The Moto E6s will get 4GB RAM and 64GB storage as standard.
  • Moto E6s will also come with fingerprint sensor and face unlock.

The teaser page on Flipkart reveals some of the key highlights of the phone, except for the price obviously. The Moto E6s is plainly aimed at the budget smartphone segment under Rs 8,000 similar to previous Moto E series phones. However, Motorola wants to set the E6s apart from its rivals with some key differences.
Unlike its rivals who aim for a powerful chipset, Motorola is offering more RAM and storage than its rivals. The Moto E6s will be coming with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage as standard. Phones in this price range usually come with 32GB storage and 3GB RAM. Motorola has been going for high capacity storage on its phones this year and the E6s seems to join in on the trend.
Motorola has also confirmed a 6.1-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ review. The screen will have a waterdrop notch on the top to house the front camera while there will be a thick chin at the bottom. For the cameras, there will be a dual lens setup with a 13-megapixel primary camera and 2-megapixel depth camera. There also appears to be a fingerprint sensor underneath the Motorola batwing logo.
