Cisco CCNA Switch Configuration Step by Step - Assign IP Address

1) Assign Static IP address to Laptop - DELL, Server - DELL and Printer - HP as shown below

       

      How To:

• Double click on Laptop - DELL, Server - DELL and select Desktop tab - > IP Configuration

• Assign IP address say 192.168.1.5 & 192.168.1.6 to Laptop - DELL, Server - DELL.

Double click on Printer - HP and select Config tab - > FastEthernet0 . Now assign static IP     address to Printer - HP

2) Now check the connectivity between Laptop - DELL, Server - DELL and Printer - HP

    How To:

• Double click on Laptop - DELL, Server - DELL and select Desktop tab - > Command Prompt

   

• Now check the connectivity between Laptop - DELL, Server - DELL and Printer - HP by using the command ping ipaddress(192.168.1.7/1.8/1.9) as shown below
